- Orange segments -100gm
- Orange juice -25ml
- Ginger 1/4tsp
- Cinnamon, ground 1/4tsp

Preparation:
- For hung curd, tie curd in a muslin cloth or cheese cloth and hang that for 4 hours to drain all the water.
- Blend together cinnamon, curd, and ginger in blender.
- Mix everything together.

- Chill for an hour and serve.
