Preparation:
- Break open the bael and remove the pulp.
- Soak the pulp in water and leave overnight.
- Mix the stevia extract in the water and add to the bael mixture.
- Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth. Discard the pulp.
- Serve chilled in individual glasses.
